i just read the ontd_ff's thoughts on working in fashion.
it genuinely makes me happy because i chose not to work in fashion and
they all say how hard it is/low money/vain/based in networking..
but mostly how they all question it all the time and have trouble keeping their passion alive
and in the middle of this world with it's important and terrible problems
so i of course did the right thing by saying no
even if i don't have a wildlife conservation position yet

the modelling world is getting bad again. nothing is going on in editorials. the new models are NOT exciting at all, girls who were supposed to be great are boring [aline weber, anna jagodzinska, iris stru] and the great girls are not getting good work [georgina, abbey, anna selezneva]. ggghhhhhh i hate when this happens. it's so stupid and partly bc black girls are getting hired just for being black. jourdan and arlenis, sessilee and ariel and kinee are fine. but can they really find NO amazing black models?? what about amazing models in general???? wheeerreee are they??!!! and! all the most successful girls are girls i'm so sick of! i can hardly stand them anymore even though they were favourites like 3 years ago.. mmuh..
