he's going insane

i thought the acceptance and pressure would make them mainstream and more camera-friendly in a way i wasn't going to like. instead, it's ripping him up or something. he's like 125 lbs.
he's not eating enough calories for the tour's expenditure & he's being affected too.. tbh i didn't think i would see something like this.
having the world with you from december through march must be hard, when you're the type of person who needs to get your point of view across, but not be stunted artistically. and just as blog fuckers and fashion people start to support you, you wonder if you have nothing left but a fan base and your physicality - everything in your world is a creation of yours, but everything they see is an image of you. who are you?



emotionally, musically, spatially separating from his band. i could see it when i heard the album's lack of drum/guitar. i knew it'd be harder to play live, a different experience to enjoy. but now he's becoming a Person dependent on his caricature.. when it's unexpected, and he never intended on separating his Self from his art.
