he's going insane

i thought the acceptance and pressure would make them mainstream and more camera-friendly in a way i wasn't going to like. instead, it's ripping him up or something. he's like 125 lbs.
he's not eating enough calories for the tour's expenditure & he's being affected too.. tbh i didn't think i would see something like this.
having the world with you from december through march must be hard, when you're the type of person who needs to get your point of view across, but not be stunted artistically. and just as blog fuckers and fashion people start to support you, you wonder if you have nothing left but a fan base and your physicality - everything in your world is a creation of yours, but everything they see is an image of you. who are you?

emotionally, musically, spatially separating from his band. i could see it when i heard the album's lack of drum/guitar. i knew it'd be harder to play live, a different experience to enjoy. but now he's becoming a Person dependent on his caricature.. when it's unexpected, and he never intended on separating his Self from his art.

luckily for him, his own work sums up the cure, the response, the apology:

In light of my recent find,

a Bloomingdales Men's Store cashmere scarf - charcoal with horizontal paint-look stripe pairs crossed by two lazy, almost invisible, vertical lines - in the deserted 48 Cooper Square classroom i read Evolutionary Catastrophes in before my "midterm quiz," i'm making a whoomp! effort to post collection loox. I'd been "desperately" wanting a scarf as my Palestinian thang is too precious to wear often and too distinctive to look good in more than once a half month. My roommate's vaguely black one did the trick while she was elsewhere and i shouldn't be spending real monies on scarves, so, this thing basically found me like a sick, lost dog! srs, dude!

New York

Erin Fetherston has been a favorite of mine for a few seasons. lol she says her muse is Nico for this (yet none of them are blonde or really ring nico):

russell on survivor is hiding the machete right now: i don't even like the boston red socks- it's the houston astros, baby. now coach is fake meditating. kkort- me&u need to aspire to be Coach, i'm telling U.

i'm into velvet [being used innovatively] in a sexxxual way (those who know me well remember my musings about it since a year+ ago), but it is on every runway this seas', so now it has been marked as over. i will continue to wear it when i find the correct pieces, but it is completely over and done with and over-done-with in every potential 'that loox sooo amazing omg' context.... killed by the trend marketers of our world that needz2sell2succeed, yatta yawtta...

Ralph Lauren

please ignore the bagz it would take me sofkn long to crop them all out <--> ignore the jacket!

-> !!!! if i could afford shit i would have an entire closet of velvet lolll OH, LOWD!
jodphurs are really really good and i haven't seen them since my fall07 balenciaga collec [see main blog pic] (my friend in my fshn class acsh wears jods lucky betch :))

-> good street of ny/paris look for day

see what i mean this is just completely unnecessary grabbing at people's new affinity for velvet. No. No. (worst thing a designer can do, but most common for business's sake):
